Nashville-based, Atlanta-hailing Americana duo Larkin Poe have unveiled the video for foot-stomping new tune Bleach Blonde Bottle Blues as well as debuting Sometimes, both cuts from their hotly-anticipated new album Venom & Faith which will be dropping on 9th November.
The duo, comprised of sisters Rebecca and Megan Lovell, said of the new album’s lead track: “’Bleach Blonde Bottle Blues‘ was so late in coming into creation that it almost didn’t make it onto the record! It was such a fun lyrical jigsaw to piece together: this rhythmic picture of a bombastic, larger-than-life woman.” And on shooting the video in Nashville: “We wanted to invoke the feel of a gritty American South with kudzu, chain link fences, and attitude.”
