One the best talents to emerge from Liverpool in recent years, Kirkby native Louis Berry shares the new video for his most personal single yet in the form of gospel-tinged, slow mover Stumbling.

The haunting song allows Berry to showcase his tremendous voice, wrapped around emotionally charged lyrics. Written and produced by Berry alongside Marcus Foster from the band Seramic and Koz, the Grammy winning Canadian producer best known for his work with Kendrick Lamar his album To Pimp A Butterfly and recent BRIT Awards sensation Dua Lipa on her acclaimed self-titled debut.

The video was directed by Ella Jones and sees Louis stumbling through the trials and tribulations of a young relationship. “It’s a song about when you’re going through things in life and you keep getting knockbacks whilst having the determination and courage to carry on through the hard times and get to a place where you want to be,” Berry says. “Ella really captured the meaning of ‘Stumbling’ through the story of a girl struggling with mental health issues”.

Berry hits the road with 10 European live dates across May and June, with two sold out UK showcase shows, one at East London’s fabulous Sebright Arms and the other a hometown show for the Kirkby man at Liverpool’s District venue.
