Video: Ultraista

Ultraísta are Nigel Godrich, Laura Bettinson and Joey Waronker. Nigel Godrich is pleased to introduce Ultraísta- a new band along with fellow band members Laura Bettinson and Joey Waronker. Godrich has been involved with records for musicians including Paul McCartney, Beck and Air. After spending a long time producing other people’s projects Nigel decided he wanted try out and set up his own band, and formed Ultraista with close friend musician Joey and St Martins Art College student Laura. Joey Waronker is a musician who lives in Los Angeles, who has been involved in writing performing and producing music all his life.He has played in many bands including Beck, REM and Atoms for peace. South London based Laura met Nigel and Joey whilst studying at St Martins. Laura has always been involved in a number of creative projects, from music right through to art/video/fashion. Their debut track ‘Small Talk’ went online a month ago, and has already racked up over 51k views.
