The stars from award-winning US Country music-themed television show Nashville are heading back over to the UK for a series of shows this summer following hugely successful and well-received events last year.
Featuring Clare Bowen, Chris Carmack, Charles Esten, Jonathan Jackson and Britain’s own Sam Palladio, Nashville In Concert will see the cast perform songs from the series as well as original material.
Playing fictional Country music singers, writers and performers on screen, these five, alongside the show’s extended cast, are all talented musical performers in their own right, recording all of the songs heard on the show themselves as well as writing and recording their own material. Palladio has collaborated with the likes of hit UK Country music Duo The Shires as well as appearing on The Saturdays star Una Healy’s debut solo single Stay My Love.
Now in its fifth season, and having switched stations to cable network CMT in the US, Nashville is still going strong, following the stories of a fine group of musicians, their struggles and how they turn that drama into song.
This summer’s tour will see the extended line-up, now including Avery Barkley actor Jonathan Jackson, play sets in Glasgow, Birmingham, Brighton, Nottingham and Manchester alongside two headline shows at London’s famous Royal Albert Hall on the nights of June 10th and 11th.
